Reason: more comfort while in the daily routine of work/school. My current chair is a black foldable chair from a department store.

Reason: Replacement of my current desk is urgent. The current desk is wooden and old. This desk will free up a lot of space for my work/school needs.

Reason: A Better MODEM is urgent. Currently, I use a Netgear modem that's fairly old. Also considering using an Ethernet cable
