"CREATURECLAWS POLICIES (Agreed to at checkout) Important Info & FAQs (Main points - more in depth information listed below!) • Product photos are taken in studio lighting and may appear darker in person. • Charm placement and design details may vary depending on the chosen nail length and size. • Each set is handmade, and gel colors are mixed individually—slight variations are expected. • Orders are packaged and shipped in bulk, usually 1–2 days after completion. • Need your nails faster? Add our “Rush Me” fee at checkout. • Creature Claws is not responsible for lost packages - please contact Royal Mail directly. • Incorrect measurements are the customer’s responsibility. • We offer three sizing methods: a sizing kit, the tape method, and the coin method (see below for details). WHY PRESS-ONS? • Press-on's are reusable, easy to apply/remove, and more affordable than salon visits. • Gentler on nails when applied and removed correctly. • Ideal for those with sensory sensitivities - skip the noise, lights, and salon time. • Perfect for temporary glam (e.g., long, pointed, or heavily embellished nails may not be best suited for everyday wear or work). DESIGN DETAILS • All sets are hand-painted with custom gel mixes; slight shade differences may occur. • Images are taken in controlled lighting and may appear darker in real life. • Variations in charms and placement may occur based on nail size/shape or availability. Example: Smaller nail beds may not fit larger charms. Colours may change due to stock. I do my best to stay true to the design, but please keep this in mind before ordering. SIZING OPTIONS Three separate methods are accepted: 1. Sizing Kit (Most Accurate) Comes with clear, numbered tips. Try each to find your best fit. Available in multiple shapes and lengths. 2. Tape Method Place tape over your nail, mark each side with a pen, remove and measure against a ruler (mm). Repeat for both hands. 3. Coin Method Simply take a photo of your hand flat next to a coin (UK: any coin; US: a quarter), in a bird’s-eye view. Please send clear images of both hands and thumbs. SIZING POLICY • Reach out with any sizing issues—I'm happy to help! • Creature Claws is not liable for incorrect measurements (especially without using the sizing kit). • If 1–2 nails are the wrong size, or lost, replacements are available for a small fee. PROCESSING & SHIPPING • Standard processing time is ~3 weeks, but may vary during busy seasons. • Orders ship in batches, which may mean 1–2 days after completion. • Rush orders are available for an extra fee. • UK shipping: Free 1st Class via Royal Mail. • International: I use Royal mail tracked for full sets and standard for small replacements. • Creature Claws is not responsible for lost parcels. WHAT’S INCLUDED (Every set comes with a FREE prep kit) • 10 custom press-on nails • Buffing block • Almond-scented cuticle oil • Nail glue (UK only) • Sticky tabs • Nail file APPLICATION GUIDE • Remove polish and shape your natural nails. • Buff the nail surface gently to remove oils. • Push back cuticles if desired (optional). • Choose adhesive: tabs for temporary wear, glue for longer hold. • For glue, apply a thin layer and press firmly for a few seconds. • Avoid water for several hours after application - apply before bed for best results. • For best longevity, prep thoroughly.
