I seen a lot of disabled people recommend these to help regulate your nervous system~ ♡

These seem like a good way to get more electrolytes without having to find something I will drink and others with POTS have recommended them~ ♡

I've seen a lot of other disabled people say this helps decrease pain from sleeping~ ♡

This will help with back pain when I sleep~ ♡

This would help greatly with my allergies~ ♡
