"Virtual Joker Prepaid Mastercard® Use the Virtual Joker Prepaid Mastercard to play, pay or shop online, anywhere that Mastercard is accepted.* This virtual prepaid card is for online use only. There is a purchase fee of $7.95 CAD per card ordered, regardless of the amount loaded onto each card. The card must be activated before it can be used. Once activated, it can be used online anywhere that Mastercard is accepted, however there are some restrictions if the card is used on websites in the European Economic Area* (see below for more info). It can take up to 48 HOURS from the time of purchase for us to review and then process your order. Please visit our FAQs for further info. Card Activation and Registration Once an order for a Virtual Joker Prepaid Mastercard passes our security review and gets approved for purchase, access to the virtual card is delivered via email. Once the card is accessed from that email for the first time, it will begin the online registration and activation process, which MUST be completed in order to activate and then use this virtual prepaid card. Check the Balance of a Joker Mastercard To check the card balance or to view the transaction history on the card, visit cardholder.jokercard.ca and select the Check Balance/Transactions tab. You can also call 1-833-293-7721 to get the card's balance. IMPORTANT NOTICE: *Due to regulations in the European Economic Area** (EEA), the maximum spend in a single transaction at online merchants or websites located in the EEA is limited to $75 CAD, with the maximum spend in the EEA region over the lifetime of the card limited to $225 CAD.
