I'm a workout streamer! I mostly stream the workouts my husband and I do. In 2019 I didn't like how my body was looking which affected my mental health. I told Cody to make sure I go, and we decided to stream our workouts to keep me motivated. I also have bad genetics that I'm trying to counteract. If you don't like working out, you aren't alone.
