i wear a large to XL for clothes cause i can only really wear baggy clothes for sensory and dysphoria reasons. so like worse if its tight fit just go XL that usually works. also im a size 9.5/10 in woman's, but 10s usually safe unless they are made bigger like converse where a 9.5 is perfect
