Together, we shall unite and room by room transform this fixer upper property we own. Together we will transform this property in to the Shoeseum Clubhouse. Room by room we will add items the community votes for as we create a wonderful space. The Shoeseum Clubhouse will eventually start taking reservations as a rental such as Airbnb or Verbo home rentals. This Shoeseum Clubhouse will serve the community and when crowdfunded will consist of 4 Bedrooms, full Basement , full attic, 2 living rooms, 2 dining ,2 bathrooms, 2 kitchens and a 2 car garage. The Shoeseum Clubhouse shall serve us with the amazing sneaker collection that will be kept in a yet built " Sneaker Vault " inside the house. There will be " Gamer" stations including Virtual Reality. Steering wheel SIM, Flying, P.C. station, retro console station and more memorabilia will make the Shoeseum Clubhouse a great place.Once finished  we will take overnight reservations from community members who are interested in visiting our city of Cleveland, ohio.
