The items in this list are to build a better encoding PC for Turtles & Gaming - they include all the parts needed (excluding hard drive, and video card, as I already have NVME, HDD, and a RTX 3060 in the encoding PC. THIS will also upgrade Kristen's  PC considerably as well, as she gets the hand me down!
