Six years on the front lines as a licensed travel CNA and healthcare administrator revealed how standard care systems and regulatory structures fail vulnerable communities. To address this gap from both clinical and policy angles, I am pursuing an Accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing alongside an individualized Bachelor of Arts in Healthcare Compliance through the CUNY BA program. By bridging my legal foundation from Northern Kentucky University with epidemiology and data analytics, I aim to merge hands-on nursing practice with institutional compliance to advance LGBTQ+ healthcare.
