This allows them to explore and experience aspects of childhood and can be used as a coping mechanism to relive childhood experiences or to help manage stress and anxiety. During age regression, the individual may take on the behavior, mindset, or appearance of a younger version of themselves, and may engage in activities or use objects associated with that age.
