Please help me stay afloat! Doesn't have to be from this list - I just picked what was available and couldn't add offbrands or cheaper supermarkets.
I hate that I even have to ask for this. But we can't afford to live anymore.

Basic food items

Doesn't "cure" my anxiety or depression but might help me unwind and distract me from constant stress. Art supplies, snacks and anything cute. Just examples, doesn't have to be exactly those. 

Personally the least important but my therapist would strongly disagree if I were able to afford the appointments. I have trouble adding to this list because I don't want to appear needy. Ah, anxiety.
