FOR BEAUTY & BODY: I have an annoyingly oily skin and scalp, so anything that controls those things are OK. I also like things with exfoliating ingredients. Allergens as far as I know are a minimal issue, but I've had contact dermatitis from a hand soap in the past, so keep that in mind.
