Had a truly wonderful experience at the Delta Airlines Manchester office last week. I had an urgent requirement to rebook a flight due to a family crisis, and I wasn't getting much assistance over the phone. I went in person, and I'm so glad that I did. The staff were extremely sympathetic and acted very swiftly to assist me.
