Pip and Ship

Hello! My name is Ship, and my partner Pip is very sick with a condition called MCAS that’s hard to describe but is basically an immune system meltdown that results in an allergy to almost everything, along with many other symptoms. Pip has been bedbound most of the year. CT scans showed what looks like fungal colonization inside of Pip’s sinuses, which the doctor thinks is a huge contributor to the MCAS. Before the surgeon will operate, however, we need to ensure that our house is clear of mold. That means high end HEPA filters, special cleaners, and vigorous housekeeping, not to mention 24 different oral medications and a monthly injection.
