Hi, my name is Chelsea, and I believe no one should be forgotten. Each week, I walk the streets of Jacksonville with one goal — to meet our homeless neighbors with dignity, compassion, and practical help. I create Care Kits filled with essential hygiene products, nourishing snacks, clean socks, and an encouraging word, along with a small Bible for those who want one. Many of the people I meet face daily challenges that go beyond hunger — lack of basic toiletries, clean clothing, and even safe menstrual products. Something as simple as a pair of socks, a toothbrush, or a protein bar can mean comfort, health, and hope.
