(I also send instructions in every package!) Decal Application STEP 1 Wipe clean the surface you're about to apply to with a light cleaner. Make sure you allow the surface to dry before applying. STEP 2 Carefully peel back the white backing paper from the clear tape. Only the Vinyl and tape should remain. STEP 3 Place the decal in your desired spot and then rub across the decal surface with a squeegee or a credit card to ensure it adheres to the surface you're applying it to, as well as to remove bubbles under the surface. STEP 4 Slowly peel the clear transfer tape off at an angle. The vinyl should adhere to the surface but if it does not, Repeat step three!
