Hi guys, I am Lauren and I create ASMR videos on YouTube and lifestyle content on Instagram. I love creating ASMR as I have struggled to sleep well for years and ASMR really helps me relax and sleep so I love to help you guys relax and sleep too!
I am also a dog mum, animal obsessed and love to squeeze in as many trips abroad as possible xx
